The Battalion underwent its first officail annual inspection. The inspecting party included LCDR Michael Campbell, NSCC, CDR
Duncan Rowles, USN (Ret) and guest inspecting officer Capt. Moira Brophy, USAFR a recently returned veteran of Operation Iraqi
Freedom.
The Battalion scoued a 4.0 on it's personnel inspection and a respectable 3.2 overall. The command
staff thanks the cadets for their hard work.
Seamen Apprentice Justin Medina was awarded the Navy League of the United States, Youth Medal. Cadet
Medina was the Honor Cadet of the Honor Company at RTC Fort Drum, NY and has served the community with over 400 hours of scommunity
service with Habitat for humanity.
